Belgian EUTR Implementing Legislation.

Each EU Member State must adopt rules on penalties for infringements of the EUTR into their national legislation. This document sets out the Belgian Royal Decree as at 14 August 2014, which provides for rules on controls of the application of the 1998 Law (available under https://www.documents.clientearth.org/library/download-info/belgium-eutr-implementing-legislation/   ).
